1965 - 1967 : surrealism period
Victor greatly admired the Surrealists. And it corresponded to something deep in him.
In his surrealist paintings, he expressed the anguish, the tears, the tightness he felt in Spain during Franco, stifled by the regime, by the aftermath of civil war. That resulted in some works often harsh and very violent.
